Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Personal dissatisfaction with product performance
  • Skin irritation or sensitivity
  • Delivery delays beyond our control

Damaged or Defective Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at info@azzolio.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.


Please note that any claims submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be eligible for review.
